Sub District No. 4 Request for Proposal - Planting of Drought Tolerant Species

Notice of Request for Bids to Plant Three Center Pivot Irrigated Fields to Drought Tolerant Species

Subdistrict No. 4 of the Rio Grande Water Conservation District is seeking bids to plant a drought tolerant species mix on three quarters north of Moffat (approx. 360 acres). Bids should include the costs to drill the seed mix into each field between June 10th and June 20th, 2025. Bids should include a description of the equipment to be used and bidders experience. When reviewing bids priority will be first given to grass drills with pickers, second to no-till drills with adequate depth control, and third to double disc drills.  For further questions and details please contact Chris Ivers at 719-589-6301 or chris@rgwcd.org.
